Some time ago I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and man how it shocked me. So as a result, I decided to change my ways and change my life. I scoured the internet and found these 5 smoothies to lower cholesterol. They are very easy to make and very delicious. I certainly hope that you will love them.

Our diet is very critical when it comes to reducing our cholesterol. Therefore, we must change the way we eat if we hope to see any results.

That being said, let’s get into some recipes for smoothies to lower Cholesterol (LDL).

1. Daily Green Smoothie

This is perfect for you! It requires a small amount of each ingredient and is very easy to make. The measurements are not standard though but you can be generous with your serving.

  • 1tsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Only 3 ingredients! This is so simple to make and very good for your heart. Not a lot of people believe coconut is good for your health because of the saturated fat content but studies have shown otherwise. So feel free to enjoy this healthy smoothie anytime.
