Oatmeal Breakfast Ideas To Lower Cholesterol

“A bowl of oatmeal a day, keeps the doctor away”

That may not be an actual saying but it rings true nonetheless. Oatmeal is considered among the healthiest grains on earth. From providing the energy we need, to weight loss and for the purpose of this post, to lower bad cholesterol. So today I’ll be sharing my recommendations for oatmeal breakfast ideas to lower cholesterol.

This all started because I have been diagnosed with high LDL cholesterol so I have been researching different food and recipes that I could start eating to help me combat this bad cholesterol.
